Eye Pillow, Weighted Hot/Cold, Flax Seed & Lavender Fill

Inner pillow is cotton fabric filled with Flax seed and lavender buds. Spot clean only if needed.
Outer pillow case is removable for washing. Wash in cold hang to dry and iron if needed.

Approximately 9" x 4"

As a cold compress:
Always place in a sealed container in the freezer.

As a warm compress:
Heat in the microwave for 10 seconds at a time, shaking in between until desired heat. Test on inside of wrist before placing on eyes.
